Purpose: Shan Hacking Blog

Hey, I’m Shan Mohammad – the guy behind Shan Hacking Blog.

I started this blog in 2014 because I saw too many good people losing money, data, and peace of mind to scammers and careless mistakes. Most cybersecurity content back then was either too technical or just fearmongering. I wanted something different: simple, honest, no-fluff guides that anyone can understand and actually use.

My promise is to keep researching new threats and share clear, actionable advice so you can browse the internet safely – every single day.

Vision: Shan Hacking Blog

I want a world where regular people feel confident online because they actually understand the risks and know how to protect themselves. A community that looks out for each other, calls out scams fast, and makes the internet tougher for the bad guys. That’s what keeps me posting – turning readers into the kind of informed users who can’t be tricked.

Core Values: Shan Hacking Blog

  • Trustworthiness – Everything I share is tested and honest.
  • Empowerment – I teach you to protect yourself, not depend on someone else.
  • Accessibility – No jargon. If a beginner can’t follow it, I rewrite it.
  • Community – We learn faster when we share what we’ve seen.
  • Diligence – I stay up late so you don’t have to – new threats get posted fast.
  • Proactive Protection – Better to stop an attack before it even starts.
  • Social Responsibility – Knowledge shared is protection multiplied.

Differentiation: Shan Hacking Blog

Most cybersecurity sites drown you in technical details or corporate talk. I don’t. I translate everything into plain language and give you the exact steps you can use today – whether it’s spotting a fake WhatsApp message, locking down your accounts, or trying ethical hacking legally with Kali Linux. Real-world examples, daily updates, zero ego – just stuff that actually works for normal people.

Personality: Shan Hacking Blog

Straightforward. Helpful. A little desi humor when it fits. Think of me as that friend who knows too much about hacking and won’t let you click shady links. I’m the guy who explains brute-force attacks like I’m explaining chai recipe – clear, step-by-step, no showing off.

Story: Shan Hacking Blog

Back in my teenage years I was that kid taking apart computers and wondering how everything online really worked. Curiosity led me to hacking – not to cause harm, but to understand systems inside out. The more I learned, the more I saw regular people getting scammed left and right.

In 2014 I decided: instead of keeping the knowledge to myself, I’d share it. Shan Hacking Blog (and later the YouTube channel) was born. Started small, just me and a Blogger page. Today it’s still just me writing every post, but thousands of you read, comment, and stay safe because of it.

That’s the whole story – one guy who believes ethical hacking + simple teaching = fewer victims. As long as scams exist, I’ll keep posting. Thanks for being here since day one or day today.
